Minister of Defense meets Minister of State for Veteran Affairs of Uganda




Minister of Defense Aleksandar Vulin met today with the Minister of State of the Republic of Uganda for Veterans Affairs, Rwamirama Bright Kanyontore, PhD.
Minister Vulin expressed his gratitude for the consistent, principled support of Uganda in defending the principles of international law and in preserving the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the Republic of Serbia, and especially for the vote of that country against the admission of the so-called “Kosovo” in UNESCO and INTERPOL.

Interlocutors agreed that there is potential for cooperation in various defense domains, the basis of which is the establishment of the legal framework through signing of the Agreement on Cooperation in the field of defense.

During the visit to our country, the capacities and production program of the Defense Industry of Serbia were introduced to the delegation Ugandan and on that occasion they expressed interest in the procurement of weapons and military equipment from our assortment.

The head of the delegation of the Republic of Uganda has invited Minister Vulin to visit the country in the forthcoming period.
