Congratulatory Message of the Minister of Defence on the Day of Personnel Service
I congratulate 1st September – the Service Day to all the members of the Personnel Service.
Owing to highly educated and professional cadre, successfully performing your everyday tasks, you are proudly maintaining a tradition of over a century and a half. By continuous improvement and rich experience in the work of personnel management authorities a system has been established where the most important activities and the majority of the results in the area of personnel at all levels are carried out and reviewed until this very date.
In the national history of our country, it was with reason that the Personnel Service has always been given exceptional attention, because it was considered and is considered important for building of the Armed Forces. By your work, you confirm every day that you are a significant element of the capabilities of defence system of the Ministry of Defence and Serbian Armed Forces.
I congratulate you on your holiday, convinced that you will continue to professionally perform the tasks assigned to you and contribute to improving the work in your service.
