We are sorry that Mr. Šabić cannot understand that he should not communicate with the Ministry of Defence through the media
The Ministry of Defence has always and unconditionally respected the law and will therefore implement the order of Mr. Šabić, irrespective of the fact that he did not explain why he banned us from doing what we did not want to do and why he forbade us to do what we cannot do without a court decision.
If he may wish again to get even with the Ministry of Defence through the media, he would maybe prohibit us from paying subsidies to farmers, which is a measure that we can implement as much as we can confiscate phones without a court ruling.
Mr. Šabić cannot refrain from political assessments and attacks. We would like to remind Mr. Šabić that the Ministry of Defence should not be perceived as a political opponent and that the position of a Commissioner should not be preparation for a political career, as with some of his colleagues. We are sorry that Mr. Šabić did not use the time he spends on social networks to come to the Ministry and to avoid all misunderstandings. We are still open to dialogue, and whenever he has time, he will be our guest acting in accordance with the security certificates he owns.
