Congratulatory message by the Minister of Defence on the Legal Service Day




 
I extend my sincere greetings to all the members of the Legal Service as they celebrate the 10th May - the Day of the Service.
 
Continuing the tradition of more than one and a half centuries, when the Military Court Code was adopted in Serbia, which regulated the organization and procedures of military courts in a regular and extraordinary state, the past year was in the sign of implementation of the provisions of adopted laws and passing by-laws and acts for their execution. Thanks to the professional attitude of the members of the Legal Service to the set tasks and obligations I expect the following period to be marked by the adoption of regulations and acts, which will enable the normative arrangement and definition of numerous areas both in the Ministry of Defence and in the Serbian Armed Forces.
 
Convinced that you will continue to achieve successful results, I congratulate you on your holiday with a wish for you to enhance the Legal Service even more.
