Regarding the inaccurate and malicious claims of the Military Trade Union of Serbia, and for the purpose of true informing of the public, we emphasize that the order of the Minister of Defence on the measures of protection of classified and official data and documents is based on the Law on Classified Information and the Law on the Serbian Armed Forces, and that they regulate more closely the way of using telecommunication devices in the rooms where the military information is processed and stored.
In the event of non-compliance with this order, the competent authorities will apply the prescribed measures.
Application of measures for the protection of classified information and documents is normal in all armies of the world.
