Congratulatory Message of the Minister of Defence on the Day of IT Service



I extend cordial congratulations on 21st February – Day of IT Service to all its members.

Continuing more than five decades’ tradition, you have achieved notable and significant results in strengthening the IT service and largely contributed to the enhancement of operational and functional capabilities of both the Serbian Armed Forces and the Ministry of Defence.
 
New requirements imply continuous upgrading of command-IT system and its modernisation as well. I am confident that you will manage to follow and adopt modern IT processes. You demonstrated in the previous period that the functioning of your service cannot be imagined without good computer equipment and organisationally and professionally trained personnel, although you are the members of one of the youngest services of the Serbian Armed Forces.
 
Assured that you will successfully execute the assigned tasks in the future as well, I congratulate this holiday to you.
