Meeting Held of the Commission for the Preparation of Draft Programme for Housing Construction for the Members of Security Forces
Meeting of the Commission for the preparation of draft Programme for housing construction for the members of security forces, presided by the President of the Government of the Republic of Serbia Ana Brnabić, was held today in the Serbian Government. Minister of Defence Aleksandar Vulin participated in the meeting along with the other members of the Commission.
Participants of the meeting considered the dynamics and phases of the realisation of the project, models for its financing, results of the Working group tasked to produce a draft law on special conditions for the housing construction, and the locations for the construction of flats by towns (Belgrade, Novi Sad, Niš, Kragujevac, Kralјevo, Vranje).
The President of the Government underlined that it was necessary for the members of the Commission and relevant working groups to speed up the dynamics, so that, after the adoption of the text of the law, the housing construction could start in the second quarter.
The housing construction for the members of the security forces is a project implemented upon the order of the President of the Republic and Supreme Commander Aleksandar Vučić and it is aimed at bettering living standard of the members of the security sector.
