Telegram of Condolence to the Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation
Following the death of a pilot of the Russian Military Air Force in Syria, Minister of Defence Aleksandar Vulin sent a telegram of condolence to the Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation General of the Army Sergey Kuzhugetovich Shoygu. The telegram reads as follows:
“I was deeply shaken by the news about the courageous death of the Su-25 pilot of the Russian Military Armed Forces in the Idlib province in Syria.
On behalf of the members of the Ministry of Defence and Serbian Armed Forces and me personally, I would like to extend heartfelt condolences for this tragic loss, and to express admiration for the heroic self-sacrifice of the member of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in discharging combat tasks until the final accomplishment of the objective and breakdown the resistance of the terrorist forces.
Please convey my sympathy and condolences to the family and friends of the brave pilot”.
