Minister Vulin Visited Military Medical Emergency Centre
On the eve of the Orthodox New Year, Minister of Defence Aleksandar Vulin visited the employees of the Military Medical Emergency Centre on Slavija, where the Acting Head of the Military Health Department Colonel Uglješa Jovičić and the Head of the MMEC Major Bojan Jovanović informed him about the organisation of the establishment and on duty teams.
- The armed forces are a part of the people, they share its fate, its satisfaction and dissatisfaction and it is always there to help when it is required – Minister Aleksandar Vulin underlined during his visit to the Military Medical Emergency Centre on Slavija.
- It is a great honour for us to receive the visit from Minister of Defence Aleksandar Vulin to the Military Medical Emergency Centre in the night on which we celebrate the Orthodox New Year. As far as I know, no minister of defence has done that so far. Luckily, for me and the teams that are on duty, just like they are 365 days of the year, this is a peaceful night and we have less work than usual. Otherwise, we have 17 calls per day, which is from 500 to 600 calls per month – said the Head of the MMEC Major Bojan Jovanović.
