Meeting of Minister Vulin and Bishop of Šumadija and Military Bishop Jovan




 
Minister of Defence Aleksandar Vulin met the Bishop of Šumadija and Bishop in charge of military chaplains, Mr Jovan.
 
During the meeting they observed the problems and opportunities for the enhancement and development of the Religious Service of the Serbian Armed Forces.
 
Minister of Defence and Bishop Jovan agreed that, after five years of work of the religious service in the Serbian Armed Forces, analysis should be conducted, opportunities observed and amendments proposed on Decree on Exercising Religious Service in SAF and the Rule Book on Conditions for Exercising the Religious Service in SAF.
 
The meeting was also attended by Colonel Saša Milutinović, Head of Division for Religion of the General Staff of the Serbian Armed Forces.
