General Diković: KFOR has warned us about potential unrests
During today’s visit to the base “Jezerska Mahala” in the Ground Safety Zone, Chief of General Staff of the Serbian Forces General Ljubiša Diković undelined the importance of the exchange of information with KFOR.
- It is important to stress that the exchange of information with KFOR, as subject of security, responsible for the peace in the southern Serbian province, takes place daily and in my conversation with KFOR Commander on Friday I received information that some threats to security could occur in the Ground Safety Zone, as well as in the territory of Kosovo and Metohija. Luckily, so far, everything is peaceful and stable and I am confident that the KFOR forces have taken all required measures and that it will remain like that in the future – General Diković said.
