Continuation of successful cooperation between the French and Serbian defence industries



 
The 7th session of the Committee on Arms Cooperation between the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Serbia and the Directorate General of Armament (DGA) of the Ministry of Defence of the French Republic was held in Paris.
 
The delegation of the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces was led by Assistant Minister for Material Resources Nenad Miloradović. On the Serbian side, in addition to the representatives of the Ministry of Defence, the Serbian Armed Forces and the Military Technical Institute, the meeting was also attended by representatives of the companies of the Serbian defence industry.
 
The meeting noted an increase in the volume of cooperation and foreign trade in arms and military equipment in 2017 compared to the previous period. Also, the participants in the meeting agreed on the 2018 Plan of Activities.
 
Within the work of the Committee, there were organised presentations and discussions of French and Serbian companies engaged in the production of arms and military equipment.
