The Serbian Armed Forces can count on the support of all parts of the society
On behalf of the Ministry of Defence, Minister of Defence Aleksandar Vulin has signed today a Memorandum of Cooperation with Duško Jovanović, Secretary General of the Association of Serbian Insurers on the margins of the "Serbian Insurance Days" conference.
On that occasion, Minister of Labour, Employment, Social and Veterans Affairs Zoran Đorđević signed the Memorandum of Cooperation with the Secretary General of the Association of Serbian Insurers on behalf of that ministry.Expressing satisfaction with signing of the agreement with the Association of Serbian Insurers, Minister Vulin pointed out that in this way the Association shows how much it respects its army, how much the insurers industry and all those who are engaged in this business do not take care only of profit but also of those most important institutions of a nation, institutions that make this people worthy of memory, institutions that make this life proud.
The Serbian Armed Forces can only be satisfied because in this way it shows how much its people respect it, how much this country appreciates it and how much the people from the world of business are ready to help our members, help our families and above all to show how much the military calling in this country is valued and respected and how much the Serbian Armed Forces can count on the support and trust of all parts of this society. We are therefore grateful to the Association of Insurers, for this reason our members are grateful, therefore our families are grateful. The state of Serbia has reasons to be proud of its Armed Forces, just as it has the reason to be proud of the people who make profit in this country, and are willing to share it with everyone in this country and I therefore truly thank them for that - Minister Vulin said.
Minister Đorđević pointed out that the signed agreement is a big deal, because the Association recognized that the ministry is doing a very responsible jobSpeaking about the significance of the signed memorandum, Secretary General of the Association, Jovanović, pointed out that, as a socially responsible organization, the Association is trying to help ministries that need such assistance.
The international scientific-professional conference "Serbian Insurance Days", whose purpose is affirmation of insurance, is organized in our country for the first time by the Association of Serbian Insurers.
The conference, which took place in Aranđelovac, from 28th to 30th November, gathered a number of prominent domestic and foreign experts in the field of insurance and reinsurance, market regulators, representatives of state institutions, as well as representatives of insurance companies operating in the Serbian market, who discussed the current state of the Serbian insurance market, regulations and the latest trends in the European market. In the framework of the conference, a round table was organized on the topic "Law on compulsory insurance in traffic - improvement of legal solutions", as well as a panel discussion dedicated to the state's influence on the development of insurance in agriculture.
