Owing to the expertise and competence, you manage, in modern and utterly new work conditions, to build and maintain assigned level of operational capabilities and to functionally respond to the use and tasks of the branch following the tradition of the heroes of Kolubara battle which is more than a century long.
I am confident that in the upcoming period you will raise the level of competence of your units to an even higher level which will contribute to the overall development of the Army. I congratulate this holiday to you wishing that you succeed in your endeavours.

I congratulate 16th November – Day of the Army to all the members of the Arm.
Continuing more than a century long tradition of the Serbian Army and the heroes of Kolubara, in the year when we observe a historically significant jubilee – the anniversary of the First World War that is so important for Serbian people and armed forces, despite complex work conditions, the Army units have in this year executed numerous assigned tasks, achieved good results in training and managed to maintain required level of operational capabilities.
Successfully discharging your tasks in Ground Safety Zone, you demonstrate a high level of training and professionalism thus contributing to strengthening the reputation of the armed forces and the Republic of Serbia as a whole. To a large extent you have used objective capabilities for equipping your units with modern arms and military equipment.
Wishing you a lot of success and confident that in the period to come you will professionally execute the assigned tasks and contribute to the affirmation of the arm as a whole, I congratulate this holiday to you.
