Friendly Football Match



The sports hall of the Military High School was a venue for a friendly football match between representatives of the military-diplomatic corps and the Belgrade Association of Defence Attachés and the representatives of the Ministry of Defence and Serbian Armed Forces.
 
This has been the first time for the two teams to try their strength in football.
 
The captain of the representatives of the military-diplomatic corps and the Belgrade Association of Defence Attachés was Austrian Colonel Thomas Ahammer, while the captain of the team of the Ministry of Defence and Serbian Armed Forces was Commander of the Training Command Lieutenant General Đokica Petrović.
 
Referees were responsible for the regularity of the match, in accordance with the rules of the game. At the end of the match, the captain of the winning team – of the Ministry of Defence and Serbian Armed Forces General Petrović received a plaque of the Belgrade Association of Defence Attachés as a sign of appreciation.
