Continuing almost two centuries long tradition, despite numerous challenges in work, through professional accomplishment of tasks, you confirmed in the last year, that you possess capabilities and capacities to successfully discharge all tasks within you purview.
I congratulate this holiday to you, wishing that you equally successfully resolve the challenges to come, thus ensuring the stability of the defence system and making full contribution to the security of the Republic of Serbia.

I congratulate 12th November – Day of the Military Security Agency to all its members.
Since the passing of the Military Law which in detail defined the threats to security of armed forces, and envisaged the actions and sanctions in case of treason, escape, mutiny and other forms of individual of collective activities, and which comprehensively defined the issues of security and counter-intelligence protection of the armed forces of the Principality of Serbia, continuing almost two centuries long tradition, you have successfully executed tasks in the fight against organised crime, corruption and other potential threats to security demonstrating that you are a critical element of the security and intelligence system of both the Ministry of Defence and Serbian Armed Forces and the Republic of Serbia.
I congratulate this holiday to you, confident that in the future as well, you will contribute to the enhancement of defence system security and the affirmation of you agency.
Congratulatory Message on the Occasion of the Day of Religious Service
I congratulate 12th November – Day of the Religious Service to all its members.
Continuing almost two centuries long tradition, when in 1839 the Military Law was passed in the Armed Forces of the Principality of Serbia defining for the first time the practicing of religious service in the armed forces, and after a long period of discontinuity of the military tradition in terms of the religious service, and for the purpose of exercising freedom of creed in the Serbian Armed Forces, in 2007 the Law on Serbian Armed Forces organised and structured the Religious Service.
In the previous period you have demonstrated how the spiritual and moral values are strengthened of the members of the Ministry of Defence and Serbian Armed Forces, military virtues and patriotism safeguarded and cherished, and how citizens’ responsibilities are formed. The Religious Service has to a large extent contributed to development, building, maintenance and increase of operational capabilities of the Serbian Armed Forces by discharging defined missions and tasks.
I congratulate this holiday to you confident that the noble virtues will become a rule of behaviour of each of us in the Ministry of Defence and Serbian Armed Forces.
