I extend to all members of the veterinary service my best wishes as they celebrate 1st November - the Day of the Service.
On that day in 1851, on the proposal of the State Council, the first head of the veterinary service was appointed by the Decree of Prince Aleksandar Karađorđević. Continuing the tradition of more than one and a half centuries, you certified yourself in the previous year, with the successful and quality realization of tasks from the logistic function.
Convinced that in the following period you will develop your service and perform the assigned tasks professionally and responsibly thus giving full contribution to the development of both veterinary service and the logistics services of the Serbian Armed Forces as a whole, I congratulate you on your holiday.

I extend to all members of the meteorological and navigation service my best wishes as they celebrate 1st November - the Day of the Service.
On that day in 1923, the meteorological section of the First Aviation Command was established in Petrovaradin. The task of the section was to take care of the organization of the aeronautical meteorological service and to fill it with people and equipment. Continuing the tradition of more than nine decades, you have marked the previous year with the successful realization of tasks in the field of meteorological and navigational security thanks to the expertise and qualifications of the members of your service.
Confident that you will continue to carry out your tasks in the future and contribute to the development of the service, as well as to the Air Force and Air Defence of the Serbian Armed Forces as a whole, I am extending you my best wishes for the holiday.
