Minister Vulin receives AISA delegation




Defence Minister Aleksandar Vulin has received today a delegation of the External Intelligence and Security Agency of the Republic of Italy (AISE), led by the Deputy Director of the Agency, Lieutenant Colonel Luciano Carta.
 
The meeting was also attended by Deputy Director of the Military Intelligence Agency, Colonel Zoran Stojković
 
Participants in the meeting discussed the problem of migration and the fight against terrorism, both in the Mediterranean and on the Balkan route, as well as the dangers that migration flows entail, since they are used to infiltrate potential terrorists.  In that sense, it was agreed to enhance the previous successful cooperation, primarily with regard to the exchange of information.
 
Minister Vulin particularly thanked for the engagement of the Italian contingent in the KFOR mission, which significantly contributed to the preservation of Serbian cultural heritage and provided a safer environment for the Serb population in Kosovo and Metohija.
