Congratulatory message by the Minister of Defence on the occasion of the Telecommunication Services Day




I extend my sincere greetings to all members of the telecommunications service as they celebrate 20th September - the Day of the Service.
 
Continuing the tradition of more than a century of longevity, you have achieved noticeable and significant results in strengthening the telecommunications service and significantly contributed to the enhancement of operational capabilities and functional capabilities of both the Serbian Armed Forces and the Ministry of Defence.
 
New demands assume continuous upgrading of telecommunication systems, as well as their modernisation. I am sure that you will be able to follow and adopt modern processes in telecommunications, which will ensure timely transmission of all forms of information in the command and control process.
 
I congratulate you on your holiday, convinced that in the period to come you will continue to successfully execute the set tasks by following and adopting modern telecommunication service processes.
