Congratulatory Message of the Minister of Defence on the Occasion of the Day of Personnel Service
I congratulate 1st September – the Service Day to all the members of the Personnel Service.
Following the tradition dating from the period of the Principality of Serbia, and on the basis of the long lasting experience in the work of personnel bodies – the personnel service in the military, and experiences of foreign armed forces, a system has been established where the most important activities and the majority of the results in the area of personnel at all levels are carried out and reviewed until this very date.
You have confirmed that you are a significant element of the capabilities of defence system of the Ministry of Defence and Serbian Armed Forces. Owing to highly educated and professional cadre, good human potential, efficient and professional work, education and advancement of the personnel, you have made full contribution to safeguarding human resources in the defence system.
