Protection of integrity of Serbian diplomats



Responding to a journalist's question, during the opening of the exhibition on the occasion of the 139th anniversary of the founding of the Military Museum, Defence Minister Aleksandar Vulin said that the state of Serbia, by withdrawing of our diplomatic mission in Skopje does not intend to influence any policy and to determine how other countries would rule or work, but it intends to protect the integrity and security of its representatives in other countries.

- The competent authorities have provided appropriate evidence on the basis of which the state leadership made a decision to withdraw our staff from the diplomatic mission in Skopje. When it comes to the name that Serbia will use in the future, it does not depend only on us, but certainly also on the behaviour of our neighbour and on whether it will classify us within the policy of the European Union.
