Training of reserve element at Batajnica airport
The fifteen-day training of the reserve element of 177th Air Force Artillery-Missile Battalion on Bofors 40mm/L70 anti-aircraft gun is ongoing at Batajnica airport.
In 204th Air Force Brigade, which this Battalion belongs to, stress that it is the planned activity and they are content with the response.
Commander of the Battalion Major Aleksandar Maksimovic highlighted that in the unit they were content with behavior of members of the reserve element, their motivation and relation to training.
“People understood the importance of this training. It is the condition for successful performance of live firing at shooting range, which expects us next year, where members of the reserve element will take part besides the active ones”, Major Maksimovic emphasizes.
In order to get to know the purpose and capacities of Bofors anti-aircraft system of a small range, members of the reserve element will attend control-training shooting at air targets, which is conducted these days at Batajnica airport.
