The Day of the Legal Service marked
The State Secretary at the Ministry of Defence Nenad Neric attended the ceremony on the occasion of marking the Day of the Legal Service in the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces. Addressing the present ones, the State Secretary emphasized that jurists in the defence system do an extremely important job in the interest of the state and Ministry, as well as all members of the Serbian Armed Forces.
The Acting Secretary of the Ministry of Defence Colonel Nebojsa Nikolic presented the State Secretary Neric with the plaque of the Ministry of Defence.
The Day of the Legal Service at the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces is marked on the 10th May because on that day in 1864 in Serbia the Military Court Code was passed. This year 153 years of the military legal service and 122 years of the military disciplinary courts are marked.
