Exhibition “The occupied Serbia from 1915 to 1918” opened in the Military Museum
The exhibition “The occupied Serbia from 1915 to 1918” was opened in the Gallery of the Military Museum. The author is the museum councilor Andjelija Radovic. The exhibition includes photographs, documents and exhibits that testify about the agony of the Serbian civilians in the occupied Serbia, as well as about the prisoners and internees in camps throughout the Austro-Hungarian monarchy and Bulgaria. The part of the preserved monument of Vozd Karadjordje ruined in 1916 is exposed, as well.
The exhibition was opened by Colonel Sladjan Ristic, the Head of the Department for the tradition, standard and veterans. The opening was attended by representatives of the organizational units of the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces, civilian structures, scientific, expert and cultural public.
The Victory Day and the Serbian Armed Forces Day was marked by this exhibition.
