LTG Miletic appointed as the new SAF GS Chief



On occasion of the Independence Day of Serbia and the Day of SAF marked on 15 February, the President of the Republic Boris Tadic appointed LTGH Miloje Miletic, who has so far been the Acting Chief of SAF GS, as the new Chief of SAF GS.

President Tadic also appointed the following:
-LTG Mladen Cirkovi, previously on the post of Army Commander, as the Acting Chief of SAF GS,

- Major General Ljubisa Dikovic, previously on the post of the Commander-in-Chief of the Training Command, as Army Commander.

- Major General Aleksandar Zivkovic, previously on the post of Deputy Commander of the Army, as the Commander-in-Chief of the Training Command.

Furthermore, President Tadic promoted the following Major Generals: Ljubisa Dikovic, Army Commander and Dragan Katanic, Air Force and Air Defense Commander.

President promoted the following Colonels into the ranks of Brigadier General:

- Mladen Vuruna, Head of the Education Department of MoD HR Sector.
- Miodrag Vukmirovic, Deputy Commander of the Training Command
- Goran Radovanovic, Commander of the Guard
- Milan Mojsilovic, Deputy Commander of the SAF GS JOC
-Miodrag Gordic, commander of 250th artillery-rocket battalion.
