Minister Đorđević and General Diković Visited the Injured Members of the Serbian Armed Forces
The Minister of Defence, Zoran Đorđević and the Chief of General Staff, General Diković accompanied by their associates, paid a visit today to the members of the Serbian Armed Forces who are recovering in the Military Hospital in Niš following the traffic accident in which a shuttle bus with the members of the 4th Army Brigade skidded off the road near Vladičin Han.The Acting Manager of the Military Hospital, Coloner Jovica Stanojković Dr, informed Minister Đorđević and General Diković about the medical condition and the recovery progress of the injured who had been kept for the treatment in that hospital after the accident. Coloner Stanojković Dr, took the opportunity to inform the present that one of the members who had suffered serious bodily injuries was transferred to the Military Medical Academy for further treatment, while the ones who had sustained minor injuries would be released soon for house treatment.
Talking to the injured members of 4th Army Brigade, Minister Đorđević and General Diković enquired about their recovery and they were reassured that the health condition of the injured was stable and satisfactory.
In the afternoon, the Minister of Defence, Zoran Đorđević also visited Staff Sergeant M.N. a member of 4th Army Brigade who had suffered major injuries in the accident near Vladičin Han and was consequently transferred to the Military Medical Academy. Acting Head of the Military Medical Academy, Colonel Miroslav Vukosavlјević Dr and the medical staff on duty, assured the Minister that all necessary measures had been taken for his medical treatment and that the patient was steadily recovering.
