No one shall be relieved from liability
The Defence Minister, once again, calls on the representatives of military trade unions to address social issues through joint discussions, within the framework of law and economic possibilities of the state.
He points out once again that the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces will fully cooperate in the investigation complying with the possible prosecution motion regarding the criminal charges.
As for the new charges that a representative of a military trade unions presented in the media yesterday, the Defence Minister was informed by the competent military authority that they were conducting ex officio procedure for determining the truth of these allegations. On that occasion, the Defence Minister said that everyone should do their job and provide, as they always have, the full support to the competent military authorities.
"If any individual has violated the law and procedures, they will certainly bear the consequences prescribed by law. On the other hand, if the authorities establish that false and unsubstantiated claims had been presented to the public, I also expect legal action to be taken against those making such claims. No one shall be relieved from liability", Minister Zoran Đorđevic points out.
