Greetings on the Day of Construction Services
I extend to all members of the construction services my best wishes as they celebrate 8th November – the Day of the service.
Today, marking the Day of urban planning, the role of this area in the military construction industry has been recognized through the definition and alignment of mutual needs of the defence system. The urban planning has special significance and role in the organization of space inside military bases, through the definition of basic defence infrastructure elements in terms of function, economy, aesthetics and so on.
In the previous year, thanks to your expertise and qualifications of the members of your service you successfully carried out the duties under your function and adequately maintained and kept records of real estates owned by the Republic of Serbia, and used by the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces.
Convinced that you, despite the conditions of slower technological development, will continue to realize the set tasks of the logistics function at the high-level, I congratulate you on your holiday.

I extend to all members of the financial service my best wishes as they celebrate 8th November – the Day of the service.
Continuing a tradition of seven decades, since the financial service has been legally established for the first time in the organization of the armed forces as a separate service, you have successfully accomplished a number of tasks in the field of financial provision of our armed forces. Thanks, primarily, to your expertise, you confirmed that the modern army requires continuous work on developing modes for the good functioning of the financial service.
Being confident that you will continue to professionally and efficiently perform the set tasks thus greatly contributing to the improvement of the work in this area, I congratulate you on your holiday.
