Minister of Defence extends greetings on the Day of the Military Technical Institute
I extend to all members of the Military Technical Institute my best wishes as they celebrate 3rd November – the Day of the establishment.
Continuing a tradition of almost seven decades, you are successfully performing research, development of new arms and military equipment and improvement of the existing ones thus improving and maintaining a respectable level of your establishment. You managed through the implementation of scientific and technical activities, to maintain the laboratory capacities and to retain a significant number of researchers.
In the previous year, with mastering new, modern technologies and creation of patents of interest for the defence of the Republic of Serbia, you have greatly contributed to the development and modernization of the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces.
I extend my best wishes for your holiday, being confident that you will continue to achieve the outstanding results in the field of research and development of arms and military equipment in the forthcoming period as well and be a driving force in the Serbian defence industries.
