Greetings for the Day of Meteorological and Navigation Service
I extend to all members of the Meteorological and Navigation Services my best wishes as they celebrate 1st November – the Day of the Service.
Continuing a tradition of more than nine decades, when in 1923, at Petrovaradin, meteorological section of the First Aeronautical Command was established, whose job was to take care of the organization of aeronautical meteorological service and fill it with personnel and equipment.
Thanks to your work and professional qualifications of the members of your service, in the previous year you have professionally performed the set tasks in the field of meteorological and navigational security and contributed to the improvement and development of both the operational capabilities of your service, and the Air Force and Air Defence.
Convinced that in the forthcoming period you will continue to carry out the set tasks and contribute to the development of your service and the Serbian Armed Forces as a whole, I congratulate you on holiday.

I extend to all members of the veterinary service my best wishes as they celebrate 1st November – the Day of the Service.
Continuing a tradition of more than a century and a half, when the first chief of the veterinary service in the army was appointed by the Decree of Prince Alexander Karadjordjevic, on the proposal by the State Council, you are confirming your value by successful and quality implementation of the set tasks in the form of veterinary support and protection in the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces.
