Minister of Defence meets Ambassador of Finland
Defence Minister Zoran Djordjevic discussed with the Ambassador of the Republic of Finland in Belgrade, Pertti Ikonen, the possibilities for improving cooperation in the defence field.
Serbia is interested in further development of cooperation in the areas of common interest, because our two countries, apart from the military neutrality, have many similarities, the defence minister said in the conversation. Therefore, the Ministry of Defence was interested in establishing a more intensive cooperation with the Finnish Ministry of Defence, Djordjevic said.
Preserving the territorial integrity and sovereignty, the European integration and the regional cooperation, as well as the balanced defence policy, are the main priorities and goals of Serbia.
