Recruitment of professional soldiers in the Special Brigade
Defence Minister Zoran Djordjevic made the decision on filling vacancies for professional soldiers for a limited period of time in the Special Brigade by direct admission of soldiers in reserve from the records of the regional centres of the Ministry of Defence.
It is a new approach in filling vacancies in the Special Brigade in relation to the previous practice (filling through a public announcement and direct admission of soldiers on voluntary military service).
Places of service are Pancevo and Nis. Potential candidates are all citizens of the Republic of Serbia who have completed military service with arms and are younger than 30 years of age. Applications for filling the job positions are to be submitted in the Special Brigade, Aerodrom barracks, no number, Sarajevska street, in Nis and Rastko Nemanjić barracks, no number, Jabucki put street, in Pancevo, on 17th October 2016 by 9 am at the latest.
After the selection, the best candidates will conclude a contract of employment for a limited period of time and be admitted to a professional military service on 1st March 2017 as professional soldiers for a period of six months with the possibility of extending the contract of employment for a period of three years and the renewal of the agreement up to age of 40.
