Defence Minister extends greetings on the Day of CBRN Service



I extend my best wishes to all members of the Chemical-Biological-Radiological-Nuclear Service as they celebrate 28th September – the Day of the Service.
 
Continuing a more than eight-decade long tradition of the first regular chemical protection unit, i.e., the establishment of Gunpowder Battalion within the Obilicevo Institute in Krusevac, thanks to the professional attitude towards work and responsible and high-quality performance of the tasks, you have contributed to the development of training of your service. The guarantee of good functioning of the Chemical-Biological-Radiological-Nuclear Service is the experience gained, quality personnel, a developed system of training and specialist education and advancement, as well as equipping with modern means for detection, protection and decontamination.
 
Wishing you to continue to achieve good results giving your full contribution to the development of both your service and operational capabilities of the Serbian Armed Forces as a whole, I congratulate you on your holiday.
